Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dr. Okotie John. I am a retired Finance 
Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

I have a proposal in which think you MIGHT be capable to help me with.

Before my retirement, I was supervising the accounts of the Central Bank of Nigeria. 
We had all sort of ILLEGAL transactions and money embezzlement/Laundering going on 
then in the office, during this time I took note of a particular amount of money 
summing up to US$15million, this funds was set to be embezzled by the corrupt 
officials we had in the Central Bank, but unfortunately they were caught by the 
authorities, but unknowing to the authorities that they had set aside the amount of 
money in Dollar to be embezzled, it was left alone and no one knows where the fund is 
right now and no one is interested in getting this funds as they are not aware of it 
only I know about this funds.

I have found a way and lodged it in a security. All I need is someone to help me clear 
the funds, I will pay and provide all expenses "FULLY", I will be responsible for 
expenses that might be incurred, all I need is a honest person to help me get this 
funds into his/her account, until I come over and get it. I promise you 20% of all 
this funds, but I also need you to send me an agreement letter upon reply of this 
message, stating that you agree with my terms and stating to me your own opinion.
